Working together we can transform your home to appeal to the most number of buyers. There are a number of variables that can determine how fast and for how much your property will sell for. This includes the local market, your target buyer and the overall condition of your property. With a fresh set of eyes I can help you determine what to focus on when staging your home.

How home staging works
Phone consultation
The first step is a phone call where I get a better understanding of your objectives, find out more about the property and what you need a hand with.
This takes about 20 minutes and we will discuss the best way forward and organise an in-home consultation if you’re ready. I’ll follow up with an email or proposal.
In-home consultation & action plan
Prior to the in-home consultation I will do some research into the property area and local listings.
At the consultation I will review the current layout of the home with fresh eyes and advise on any change of usage. For example, a home office may be better set up as an extra bedroom.
In addition, I can advise on paint colours and any maintenance jobs that should be undertaken to present a well-cared for property.
I will be looking at utilising your existing furniture and accessories as much as possible to lower staging and storage costs. However, I will also advise on what additional items you may need to purchase or hire to get the optimal result.
After the consult I will write up a room-by-room action plan. This will include a style board for reference when sourcing items for home staging.
Prices start from $380 for a 3 bedroom home.
Additional services
Once we have an action plan, I can work with you on as little or as much as you need to get your house sold.
- Co-ordinate any maintenance tasks and keep you on track with your action list.
- Hands on decluttering, styling and packing things away for storage.
- Purchasing or co-ordinating furniture hire and accessories for home staging.
- Styling your home for sale prior to photoshoot.
- Tidy up and styling reset prior to open house viewings.
