Kitchen organisation – Step 1: Review & assess what you have in your kitchen

Do you need more space in your kitchen?

When I was a kid, I remember my nan’s kitchen was about the size of an average bathroom. I don’t know how she managed to bring up five kids in this space!

Over time, our kitchen’s have got bigger and bigger haven’t they?

And increasingly people are wanting to include butler’s pantries in their renovation plans, to store more stuff and hide away the clutter.

At the same time, we have so much more access to fresh food and consumables. We have a choice of shops, open 7 days a week, some 24 hours a day. And if you’re unable to get to the shops, you can get your groceries delivered to your door.

So why the disconnect?
